Will Edmonson, Esq.

Will is a seasoned lawyer who has successfully handled a broad range of sophisticated legal issues across industries including real estate, technology, entertainment, financial services, and education. In more than fifteen years of practice, he has represented individuals, smaller companies, and Fortune 500 companies in state and federal court litigation as well as in arbitration and mediation. Will is especially proud of his record at oral argument on appeal.

Prior to starting his own law firm, Will was a partner with Doll Amir & Eley LLP and an associate with the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.  Previously, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and to the Honorable F.A. Little, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.  Through the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Project, Will served as sole trial counsel in two jury trials to verdict and two additional jury trials that resulted in guilty pleas on behalf of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Every year since 2014, Will has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” (2019-2023) or a “Rising Star” (2014-2018) by Southern California Super Lawyers (part of Thomson Reuters)a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas.

Will received his law degree from the New York University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor on the New York University Law Review and received the Vanderbilt Medal for outstanding contributions to the law school community.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.  Prior to law school, Will worked as an investment banker. Outside of the law, he enjoys baseball (Atlanta Braves), football (Cal Bears and Atlanta Falcons), strength training, and detective stories.
